基于“沙产业理论”的应用型人才培养模式改革——以河西学院沙产业奖学金班为例

摘　　要：河西学院"钱学森沙产业奖学金班"的设立及相关教学改革主要是为甘肃河西走廊发展沙产业培养和储备人才,经过7年的探索实践,逐步形成了"应用研究型"、"创新应用型"的培养模式和"原班课+沙产业选修课+导师制"的教学模式,学员考研率达到75%以上,就业率100%,学员返乡通过土地流转在荒漠区开展现代设施农业发展已初见成效.旨在为同类特色专业班级课程建设提供参考依据.The ＂Qian Xuesen Scholarship Class of Sand Industry＂ established by Hexi University and its teaching reform are mainly designed for the development and pooling of talents in the sand industry to promote the development of Hexi Corridor. After seven years of exploration and practice, a training mode of ＂applied research＂ and ＂applied innovation＂ and a teaching mode of ＂mandatory courses＋selective courses of sand industry ＋ tutorial system＂ have been gradually formed, the acceptance rate of postgraduate tests has reached over 75%, and the employment rate has reached 100%. Several students have begun to develop local agriculture assisted by modern facilities based on land transfer after their graduation. The project provides a case study for the development of comparable special curricular and classes.
