摘 要:基于甘肃省四市六县农户调查数据,运用随机前沿分析方法研究老龄及非老龄农户生产技术效率的差异,并剖析人力资本特征及技术水平特征等对农户技术效率的影响机理。研究表明:劳动的产出弹性最低,土地的产出弹性高于其他要素的产出弹性;老龄农户的平均技术效率要高于非老龄农户,且更具稳定性;健康状况改善、农业新产品及技术的推广及机械化水平的提高对不同类型农户技术效率提升产生不同程度的积极作用,而租入土地、受教育水平提高及经营规模的扩大可以不同程度地改善非老龄农户的技术效率水平,老龄农户则会出现不同程度的效率损失。Based on survey data of 4 cities and 6 counties in Gansu Province,we use SFA method to study the difference of technical efficiency between aging and non-aging farmers,and analyze impact mechanism between human capital features,technology features and farmers' technical efficiency. The results show that:Output elasticity of labor is the least and output elasticity of land is the highest; Average technical efficiency of aging farmers is higher and more stable; Improving health,new agricultural products,new technologies and mechanization level increase technical efficiency in varying degree. The rise of leased land,education level and the expansion of scale ameliorate the level of technical efficiency of non-aging farmer,while aging farmer will lose their efficiency.
