摘  要:基于PSR模型构建吉林省县域森林生态安全指标体系,运用熵权法与层次分析法,求取综合指标权重。其次采用TOPSIS法计算森林生态安全指数并使用区位系数进行修正,评估吉林省县域森林生态安全状况。最后通过Moran’s I统计检验吉林省县域生态安全指数的全局自相关与局域自相关。结果表明:吉林省县域生态安全状况整体较好,县域分布不平衡,东部森林生态安全性高于西北部高于中部;2004年至2014年,1/2的县域森林生态安全指数有较小幅度的下降;吉林省森林生态安全指数存在空间相关的正效应和集聚性,且高—高(H-H)集群的县区大多集中于吉林省东部地区,低—低(L-L)集群的县区大多集中于西北部地区。Based on PSR Model,the paper constructs an index system of forest ecological safety at county level in Jilin Province,and calculates comprehensive index weights by applying entropy method and analytic hierarchy method.Then TOPSISI method is adopted to calculate forest ecological security index which is revised by position coefficient in order to assess Jilin's forest ecological security.Finally Moran's I statistic is used to test global and local autocorrelation of the index. The results show that while in general Jilin Province enjoys high ecological securityits distribution is unbalanced in different counties with the forest ecological security in the east being higher than that in the northwest.Besidesa small range of fall was noticed in the forest ecological security index for half of the counties between 2004 and 2014. What is more spatial correlation positive effect and agglomeration have been found between forest ecological security index in this province and high-high( H-H) cluster counties are mostly in the eastand low-low( L-L) cluster counties mostly in the northwest.
