刘氏推拿法配合中药辨证熏蒸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的彩色多普勒超声检测分析

摘　　要：目的观察刘氏推拿法配合中药辨证熏蒸对椎动脉型颈椎病(vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,CSA)患者血流参数变化的影响。方法选择纳入标准的CSA患者120例,采用数字法随机分为2组,观察组60例、对照组60例。对照组采用西药西比灵口服治疗。治疗组采用刘氏推拿法配合中药辨证熏蒸治疗。结果治疗组和对照组患者共120例均进入结果分析。治疗后,2组患者椎动脉内径(D)改变差异均无统计学意义,收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刘氏推拿法配合中药辨证熏蒸治疗可改善CSA患者的血流参数,有效改善CSA患者临床症状,适合临床推广。Objective To observe the influence of Liu massage method combined with Chinese medicine dialectical fumigation on the blood flow parameters of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods 120 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given oral treatment of flunarizine hydrochloride capsule. The observation group was treated with Liu massage method cooperated with Chinese medicine dialectical fumigation D, the blood flow velocity of peak systolic （PSV）and end diastolic velocity（EDV）and resistance index （RI）were observed using color Doppler ultrasound. Results All of patients entered the result analysis. Before treatment, there is no statistical difference in all parameters between two groups. However, after treatment, there is significant difference in PSV and EDV and RI when compared with before treatment in both groups（all P〈0.05）. After treatment,PSV,EDV and RI of the observation group are obviously better than those of the control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Liu massage method cooperated with Chinese medicine dialectical fumigation can improve blood flow parameters in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis and relieve their clinical symptoms. It＇s worth to promotion in clinic.
