痔科消炎止痛洗剂坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎临床观察  

Clinical Observation of Zhike Xiaoyan Zhitong Lotion Hip Bath Combined with Niuhuang Zhiqing Suppositories in the Treatment of Anal Sinusitis

摘　　要：目的观察痔科消炎止痛洗剂坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法将98例肛窦炎患者随机分为2组。观察组49例,采用痔科消炎止痛洗剂坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗;对照组49例,采用温开水坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗,2组均治疗7d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,观察2组症状及体征的缓解情况,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率(95.92%)明显高于对照组(77.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各相应症状及体征缓解所需时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔科消炎止痛洗剂坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎疗效肯定,两者联合使用可以提高疗效,缩短疗程。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhike Xiaoyan Zhitong lotion hip bath combined with Niuhuang Zhiqing suppositories in the treatment of anal sinusitis. Methods Ninety eight patients diagnosed as anal sinusitis were divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Zhike Xiaoyan Zhitong lotion hip bath and Niuhuang Zhiqing suppositories. The control group was treated with warm boild water hip bath and Niuhuang Zhiqing suppositories. Seven days is a course of treatment,and total three courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92% ,obviously higher than 77.55% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group spent significantly less time for their symptoms and signs to relieve than the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Zhike Xiaoyan Zhitong lotion hip bath combined with Niuhuang Zhiqing suppositories treatment is effective in the treatment of anal sinusitis. The combination of the two method significantly improve the curative effects and shorten the treatment process.
