摘  要:介绍了底部框架-抗震墙结构受力特点及抗震性能,并根据《建筑抗震设计规范》给出的计算公式,对底部一层框架的四层商店式住宅,计算出在规范规定的最小材料强度下,底层的层间刚度比、等效刚度、墙及框架所承受的地震作用,分析了约束抗震墙体类型、材料强度、墙体数量对底层有效刚度、层间刚度比、墙体及框架柱所受到的地震作用的影响,确定了关键影响因子.该结果可为工程加固方案的选择提供参考.The bottom of frame shear wall structure by force characteristics and seismic performance were analyzed,and also the formula was presented according to Code for Seismic Design of Buildings. On the bottom layer of the framework of four storey shops style residential calculation and analysis and in the standard minimum material strength, interlaminar stiffness, equivalent stiffness, wall and frame seismic action were calculated. At the same time,constraint seismic wall type and strength of materials, wall number on the bottom of the effective stiffness, storey stiffness ratio, wall earthquake, column frame earthquake was calculated and the key factors were determined. The findings can help choosing engineering reinforcement scheme.
