摘　　要：蛇毒是一种天然药用资源,含有多种活性成分,大多数为蛋白酶以及多肽。随着蛋白质组学、毒理学、药理学以及分子生化等学科的发展,人们对其的研究也逐渐深入。蛇毒中的许多生物蛋白活性成分也逐渐地被分离纯化出来,并将其有效成分应用到临床疾病的防治和诊断。本文通过结合国内外对蛇毒结构、功能以及临床治疗等方面的研究展开综述,为进一步全面认识蛇毒及开展研究应用提供一些资料。Snake venom is one resource of natural medicine,which contains pharmacological active substances, such as peptides and enzymes.With the development of proteomics, toxicology,pharmacology and molecular biology, the components purified from snake venom have been successfully applied in prevention and treatment of clinical diseases. This review mainly introduces the comprehensive understanding of snake venom and its application through analyzing the structure and function of snake venom.
