摘 要:针对某型电动轮自卸车举升过程中三级液压缸的换级冲击造成整车振动过大等问题,通过采用提前启动法,在举升过程中自动降低多级液压缸液压冲击,延长整车寿命,提高驾驶员操作舒适性。采用提前启动法,即采用使后一级液压缸提前启动的方法来降低液压冲击,通过设计计算分析,并利用AMESim软件建立以三级液压缸为主的液压缸举升系统模型,通过设置一些主要参数,对自卸车液压缸举升系统进行仿真优化,获得了最优参数。仿真结果表明:采用提前启动法,对减缓多级液压缸换级冲击具有比较明显的作用,自卸车举升与降落过程中系统运行平稳,研究工作为降低多级液压缸换级冲击提供了新思路。To automaticlly reduce the hydraulic impact and vehicle vibration when the next level of multi-stage hydraulic cylinder of the electric wheel dump truck of a company starts to move,using the Pro-Start(P-S) method which make the later hydraulic cylinder pre-start before the former stop can extend the life of the vehicle and improve the operation comfort of the driver. Through the design calculation and analysis,the three-stage hydraulic cylinder lifting system model was established by AMESim software. By setting some main parameters, the dump truck hydraulic cylinder lifting system was realized, and the optimal parameters are obtained. The results show that the Pre-Start method can effectively reduce the impact when the next level of multi-stage hydraulic cylinder starts to move; the system runs smoothly in the process of lifting and falling. The research creat a new idea to reduee the multi-stage cylinder grade change impact.
