摘  要:克服传统的产品质量评价方法的不足,以DN100弯管流量计为例,对弯管流量计的动态质量及其评价指标进行研究。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析现场环境温度、管内介质温度和前后直管段长度对弯管流量计几何形状的影响,并得出各工况下的弯管结构尺寸参数及其质量指数的变化规律。基于有限元分析的弯管流量计动态质量评价系统已在某热电厂得到应用,并且取得了预期的使用效果。In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional product quality evaluation method, the dynamic quality and its evaluation index of elbow pipe flowmeter were studied, taking DN100 for instance. The effect of the ambient temperature, inner-pipe medium temperature, and pipeline lengths of the front and rear straight sections on the geometrical shape of the elbow was ana- lyzed by means of ANSYS. The change rules of the structural dimensional parameters and its quality index in various operating conditions were also obtained, The significance of this research lies in that the knowledge of these rules along with the information such as temperature fed back from the field sensors can determine the actual value of curvature radius to inside diameter ratio (R/D), therefore guide users to select the most suitable flowmeters in specific applications to reduce the system cost. In addition, it can improve the measurement accuracy largely in calculating the volume flow. The dynamic quality evaluation system developed on the basis of finite element analysis has been applied to some thermal power plant, the expected usage effect having been achieved.
