摘 要:在城镇空间剧烈增长的态势下,基本生态控制线大量划定,成为规划区绿色生态空间保护和城乡可持续发展的重要支撑。基于安徽省宁国市规划区绿地系统规划实践,探讨以生态敏感性评价、生态干扰分析为依据的基本生态控制线、规划区绿地系统分类规划耦合机制和实施路径,构建以绿地空间布局为依托和具体承载、以基本生态控制线空间管制要求为核心和实施依据的规划区绿地分类发展规划,从而更好地保护和利用规划区绿色空间,适应高密度用地背景下高效多元发展需求。The basic ecological control line has been an important basis for the protection of ecological green space in the urban planning area and for the sustainable urban and rural development under the context of drastic expansion of urban spaces.Based on green space planning practices of the planning area in Ningguo City,Anhui Province,the paper described the coupling relationship between the basic ecological control line and the green space classification planning of the planning area and the implementation path on the basis of ecological sensitivity evaluation and ecological disturbance analysis,and developed the green space classification planning with the green space pattern as the basis and carrier and with the spatial governance of the basic ecological control line as the core requirement and the foundation to implement,so as to better conserve and ultilize green spaces in the planning area and to meet the various demands under urbanization in high density areas.
