摘 要:以兰考泡桐四倍体(PE_4)、毛泡桐四倍体(PT_4)、豫杂一号泡桐四倍体(PTF_4)及其对应二倍体(PE_2、PT_2和PTF_2)的种子及花粉为材料,研究不同倍性种子及花粉的形态特征。结果表明,四倍体泡桐花粉粒的长和宽、花粉粒大小及花粉畸形率均比其二倍体大,而花粉粒极赤比比其二倍体小;3种泡桐四倍体的千粒重均比其二倍体大;四倍体泡桐种子的千粒重比其二倍体大,但四倍体种子场圃发芽率比其二倍体低;PT_4和PTF_4的种子长和宽均大于其二倍体,而PE_4的结果则相反。The difference of seeds and pollen morphological characteristic between Paulownia elongata ( PE4 ) , Paulownia tomentosa ( PT4 ) , Paulownia tomentosa x Paulownia fortunei ( PTF4 ) and its corresponding diploid (PE2, pT2 and PTF2) were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the tetraploid pollen grains of Paulownia length and width, and the size of the pollen grain and pollen deformity rate is greater than that of its diploid, but the pollen grain deficit ratio is smaller than that of its diploid; Three kinds of Paulownia tetraploid 1000 -grain weight is bigger than that of its diploid; But the tetraploid Paulownia seed nursery germinating rate is smaller than that of its diploid ; PT4 and PTF4 seed length and width are greater than that of its diploid, whereas PE4 result was the other way round.
