摘 要:为明确纳米几丁质水悬浮液对麦蚜的防治效果,采用浸虫法测定了不同质量浓度纳米几丁质水悬浮液对3种麦蚜的毒力,采用连续浸液法测定纳米几丁质水悬液、纳米几丁质水悬液与10%吡虫啉WP3000倍液等体积混配液对3种麦蚜的杀虫效果。结果表明,纳米几丁质水悬浮液对麦长管蚜、麦二叉蚜和禾谷缢管蚜的LC50值分别为17.825、20.589、14.381 mg·L^(-1);40 mg·L^(-1)水悬浮液及混配液对3种麦蚜的48 h的杀虫效果分别为80.33%、80.33%、81.67%及96.72%、98.36%、96.67%;田间防效结果表明,纳米几丁质水悬浮液和混配制剂对防治麦蚜具有良好的速效性和持效性。由此推断,纳米几丁质水悬浮液和混合制剂可作为杀虫剂或辅助剂用于麦蚜防治。This study investigated the control efficacy of nanochitin to wheat aphids. Toxicity of nanochitin was determined by dip method and control efficacy of nanochitin and the mixture preparation (1/ 2 nanochitin + 1/2 imidacloprid 10% WP) was determined by continuous immersion test and simulated field test, respectively. The results were as follows: LCs0 values of nanochitin to Macrosiphum avenae, Schizaphis graminum and Rhopalosiphum padi were 17. 825,20. 589 and 14. 381 mg · L^-1 respectively. Lethality rates of nanochitin for 48 h were 80.33% , 80.33% and 81.67% respectively and the mixture preparation to 3 kinds of wheat aphids for 48 h were 96.72% ,98.36% and 96.67% respectively. And the results of the simulated field tests indicated that both nanochitin and the mixture preparation (1/2 nanochitin + 1/2 imidacloprid 10% WP) showed an rapid and persistent interaction towards the control. The results suggested that Nanochitin could be used as a new kind of pesticide or auxiliary for wheat aphids control.
