摘　　要：新一代信息技术加速推动全球服务的生产、消费与资源要素的高效配置,同时促进了服务业的持续创新与服务全球化的加速发展。在此基础上,服务外包随着全球服务生产与消费在地理空间上的分离而跨境流动。伴随制造业与高端服务业的加速融合,服务外包呈现出更丰富的产品特征、更自由的产业渗透性与更具技术含量的高附加值特性,为服务贸易的规模扩大与结构优化贡献更多价值。该文总结了在新一轮开放转型中,上海服务外包产业呈现出差异化的新业态、新领域与新政策等创新特征;同时探寻在产业发展过程中,上海融入国家战略与地方发展目标的创新演化逻辑。With a new generation of information technology,the service outsourcing makes the global production and consumption separated across borders geographically. With the accelerating integration of high-end service industry with manufacturing,outsourcing services present rich products,free industry permeability and high technical added value,contributing more to the scale and structure optimization of service trade.This paper summarizes the new forms,areas and policy features of Shanghai service outsourcing industry in a new round of opening and transformation. Meanwhile,the paper explores the evolutionary logic of the innovation at the industrial risk.
