摘　　要：该文从技术领域分布、出口目标市场分布、贸易方式和企业类型分布等视角考察了上海高新技术产业的出口状况,并且利用海关数据测算了2000-2012年上海高新技术行业的出口增(附)加值。结果发现:在上海,一方面,电子技术、计算机与通信技术的出口附加值偏低;另一方面,出口附加值较高的材料技术、航空航天技术及生物技术等领域的高新技术产品出口比重明显偏低。该文还发现,上海高新技术各细分行业出口附加值的差异主要是由国内生产要素投入在各生产环节实现的价值增值差异引起的。该文的研究结果有助于人们了解上海高新技术产业内部各细分行业附加值的差异情况,从而可以为制定提升上海高新技术产业出口附加值的政策提供参考依据。The paper investigates the export of Shanghai high-tech industry from the perspectives of technology distribution,target market distribution,trade mode and enterprise type distribution,and uses the customs data to calculate the export added value of Shanghai hightech industry from 2000 to 2012.The results show that,on one hand,the export added values of electronic,computer and communications technological industries are low;on the other hand,products of materials,aerospace and biology technological industries and other areas of high-tech with higher export value-added account the significant low proportion of export.The paper also finds that the differences between export values-added of Shanghai high-tech sub-sectors mainly depend on value-added caused by the inputs of the domestic factors of production.
