利益多元化时代的政治价值冲突及其化解

摘　　要：经济市场化的过程,就是利益多元化的生成过程,也是多元利益冲突日益凸显的过程。政治价值冲突是多元利益冲突在政治层面上的集中反映。利益多元化诱发利益排他,承认利益差异,强化利益认知,突出利益竞争,会加剧社会利益分立,破坏社会利益均衡,消解社会利益规范,颠倒社会利益秩序。在利益多元化时代,必须以人为本,调整利益格局,优化收入分配治理结构,推进多元利益和谐,从方法、路径和目标三个层面化解政治价值主体、观念、标准和目标的冲突。Economic marketization is a process of interest diversification and multi-interest conflicts.On the level of political value,multi-interest conflicts mainly reflected political value conflicts.The performance of interest diversification is indicated by interest exclusiveness,interest difference,interest recognition,and interest competition.In fact,interest diversification will intensify social interest division,destroy social interest balance,eliminate social interest norm,and reverse social interest order.In the period of interest diversification,place people first,adjust interest pattern,and optimize the structure of income distribution for sake of multi-interests harmony,and solve the conflict of political value main body,concept,standard,and goal,in terms of method,path and goal.
