摘 要:引入"往程/返程"和"F型/P型机构"等关键性概念,划分了"主/副凸轮机构",展开了分割独立性研究,给出了副凸轮机构的"瞬时一维直线区段"生成原理图和v′C_1-θ_1、v′C_2-θ_1和u′_K-θ_1曲线。提出了满足许用压力角和凸轮轮廓外凸条件的机构解的存在性(态),阐释了副凸轮机构与主凸轮机构的差异,揭示出最小跨距D*_(min)的客观存在性,解决了浮动平底推杆共轭凸轮机构的狭义/广义第Ⅱ类机构综合问题。Concepts of"rise and return travel"and "F/P type mechanism"were adopted herein.Conjugate cam mechanism was divided into main cam mechanism and assistant cam mechanism,which were studied respectively.Basic schematic diagram of instantaneous one dimensional linear area of the assistant cam and the curves of v′C1-θ1,v′C2-θ1and u′K-θ1were offered.Then,the existence(features)of mechanism solution which met conditions of allowable pressure angles and cam contour were presented.In addition,the differences between the main cam mechanism and the assistant cam mechanism were presented.The existence of minimum spanning distance D*minwas revealed as well.By several instructive important conclusions,the narrow and generalized classⅡsynthesis of conjugate cam mechanism with floating flat face pushrod was resolved.
