摘　　要：本文对我国5部全民阅读法律从目的、原则、措施、鼓励与惩罚等角度进行了解读,并在此基础上对我国全民阅读提出了出台实施细则、对内容提供商严格把关、盘活社会图书资料资源、做好阅读氛围建设等建议。This paper interprets five nationwide reading laws from angles of purposes, principles, measures, excitation and punishment, and it puts forward some suggestions to the development of nationwide reading of China, such as promulgating the implementation details, strictly controlling the content providers, revitalizing the stock of social books resources, and doing a good job in reading atmosphere construction.
