摘　　要：政府向民间图书馆购买服务是我国现代公共文化服务体系构建的重要途径。本文阐述了政府购买民间图书馆服务的内涵和背景,从政府、民间图书馆、民众三个层面提出了政府购买服务的成效,结合实际案例介绍了政府购买民间图书馆的社会化开放、教育培训、作品展览、阅读指导、运营管理等服务内容。The government purchasing the nongovernmental library service is an important way to construct modern public cultural service system of China. This paper explains the contents and backgrounds of the government purchasing the nongovernmental library service, and puts forward the effects of the government purchasing service from three aspects： the government, the nongovernmental library and the public. Combing with the actual cases, this paper introduces the service contents of the government purchasing the nongovernmental library, including socialization opening, education and training, works exhibition, reading guidance, operation management and so on.
