摘　　要：以北京市广华新城居住区综合管沟设计工程为例,阐述了综合管沟的设计要点,其中包括断面设计、交叉节点、出线节点的设计及其消防系统、通风系统和给排水系统等附属设施的设计。该项目为综合管沟在北京大型居住区内的首次采用,对在大型居住区推广综合管沟项目具有较好的示范作用。Taking the engineering of utility tunnel of Guanghua Community as a case study, the essential elements and methods for design of the utility tunnel were expounded, including section design, cross-node, outlets design, fire safety system, ventilation system and water supply and drainage systems and other ancillary facilities. The project is the first time that the utility tunnel is used in a large commu- nity in Beijing, and has a good demonstration effect.
