摘　　要：天津市是第二批全国海绵城市建设试点城市,建筑与小区将作为海绵城市控制目标的重要实现载体。解读了海绵城市的内涵,提出了海绵城市建设中应坚持的设计原则和设计思路,重点介绍了建筑与小区海绵城市设计中的要点和案例,以指导天津市建筑与小区的海绵城市建设。Tianjin was in the second batch of the national pilot sponge cities, and the buildings and communities will be as the important carriers of achieving the sponge city control target. The meaning of sponge city was interpreted. The design principles and ideas to persist in the construction of sponge city were put forward. The main points and project case in the sponge city design of buildings and communities were introduced to guide the sponge city construction of buildings and communities in Tianjin.
