摘 要:为了克服目前国内露天煤矿单斗挖掘机和自卸卡车规格匹配仅仅考虑"卡车载重量与单斗挖掘机勺斗装载量的比例"和"卡车载重利用率"的不足,解决由于设备匹配方案不能量化考核和相关指标缺乏理论支持造成的单斗挖掘机和自卸卡车规格匹配困难的问题。以设备能力发挥最大为原则,采用系统工程原理,提出通过计算各个设备匹配方案的设备组合能力指数,从技术层面寻求设备匹配的最优。结果表明,这种方法可以方便快捷地确定单斗挖掘机和自卸卡车技术规格的最佳匹配,进而为下一步进行设备投资成本分析提供参考。In order to overcome the deficiency of shovel-truck specification matching in domestic open pit coal mine, which only consider the ratio of truck load and shovel load and truck utilization rate, solve shovel-truck matching difficulty without quantitative assessment method for matching scheme, and lack of theoretical support foe related indicators. Based on the principle of "maximum equipment capacity" and system engineering, an optimal technical scheme for equipment matching was proposed to calculate the equipment combination capacity indicator for each matching scheme. The results show that this method can quickly determine the optimal matching of specifications for shovel and truck, and offer references for the following equipment investment cost analysis.
