摘  要:以西川煤矿1109综放工作面生产技术条件为工程背景,采用数值模拟、理论分析与现场实测相结合,研究了综放开采顶板破断特征及其影响因素以及工作面支护阻力的确定。研究表明,1109综放工作面上位直接顶的周期性破断导致工作面来压,影响其周期性破断的主要因素为上位直接顶岩层厚度以及覆岩压力;工作面支护阻力主要由上位直接顶周期垮落步距、支架控顶距、附加力作用位置以及下位直接顶对上位直接顶作用力距煤壁距离确定,并计算得出了1109工作面合理的支护阻力。现场实测表明:ZF6400/17/32型液压支架工作阻力满足顶板支护要求,能够有效支撑顶板,保证工作面安全生产。Based on the production technology conditions of 1109 fully mechanized caving face in Xichuan Coal Mine, numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and field measurement were carried out, to study the roof failure features, its influence factor and determination of working face support resistance during top coal caving. Research shows that upper immediate roof periodic breaking leads to working face weighting, and the main influence factors for periodic breaking are upper immediate roof thickness and overburden weighting. The main factors for determination working resistance of support are upper immediate roof periodic caving span, support-face width and additional force acting position and the force of lower immediate roof to upper immediate roof away from the coal wall. The reasonable resistance was calculated for support in the working face. Field measurement show that, working resistance of ZF6400/17/32-type hydraulic support could meet the roof support requirements, which could effectively support the roof, and ensure the safety production.
