摘 要:随着电网运行环境的改变尤其是大规模新能源的直接并网,节点注入功率的随机性日益明显,这给电力系统调度与运行工作提出了新的挑战。随机最优潮流计及各种随机因素对电力系统的影响,是解决该问题的有力工具。对随机最优潮流的模型进行系统梳理,剖析各类模型的建立方式及应用范围;分类阐述随机最优潮流问题的5种主要解法,并分析各种解法的优劣;总结随机最优潮流在大规模新能源并网中的应用,并探讨后续亟待解决的问题,以期为新环境下电力系统的随机分析实用化技术提供科学依据。The randomness of nodal injecting power becomes increasingly obvious along with the environmental change of power grid operation,especially the direct grid-connection of large-scale new energy,which brings new challenge to the dispatch and operation of power system. Since the stochastic optimal power flow considers the impacts of various random factors on power system,it is a powerful tool to handle this issue. The models of stochastic optimal power flow are categorized,and the modelling mode and application range of each category are analyzed. Five main solutions of stochastic optimal power flow are described respectively,and the advantages and disadvantages of each solution are analyzed. The application of stochastic optimal power flow in the grid-connection of large-scale new energy is summarized,and the subsequent problems to be solved are discussed to offer a scientific basis for the practical stochastic analysis technique of power system in new environment.
