摘 要:为探索基于压电材料与路面材料一体化的发电路面,优选性能良好压电材料制备压电发电沥青混凝土并检验其路用性能,同时依据电极布设方式设计了d31,d33型两种压电沥青混凝土发电路面结构,通过对比分析绝缘处理、压电材料纤维化、极化处理3种处置措施下的电能输出效果,确定了压电材料与路面材料一体化发电路面较为合理的处置方法。结果表明:压电材料在沥青混凝土中可较好发挥压电性能,且压电发电沥青混凝土的路用性能满足规范要求;d31,d33型两种发电路面结构可较好实现路面电能收集;3种处置方式下的电能输出效果逐步提高,绝缘处理可较大程度减小感应电场影响,极化处理可有效改善输出状况,二者的综合作用对压电发电沥青混凝土压电性能的表征具有重要作用,可作为压电发电沥青混凝土电能测试的关键处置措施;最后提出未来压电发电沥青混凝土电能输出研究改进建议。In order to develop the power pavement based on the integration of piezoelectric material and pavement material, the piezoelectric materials with good performance are optimized to prepare piezoelectric asphalt concrete and test its pavement performance. Based on the layout of electrode, 2 kinds of power pavement structure called d31 and d33 are designed at the same time. Through comparatively analyzing the effects of power output under the disposal measures of insulation treatment, fibrosis on piezoelectric materials and polarization treatment, the reasonable treatment method of power pavement integrating piezoelectric materials with pavement materials is determined. The result shows that ( 1 ) the piezoelectric properties of piezoelectric materials in asphalt concrete could be fully played, and the pavement performance of piezoelectric asphalt concrete meet specification requirements; ( 2 ) 2 kinds of power pavement structure collect power effectively;(3) the effect of power output improves gradually under 3 kinds of disposal measure, insulation treatment could decrease the influence of induced electric field in a greater degree, polarization treatment could improve the output condition of power, the comprehensive effect of them plays an important role in the characterization of piezoelectric property of piezoelectric asphalt concrete, it can be used as a key treatment measure for the electric test measurement of piezoelectric asphalt concrete. At last, the improvement advice on the study of power output of piezoelectric asphalt concretes in the future is put forward.
