摘  要:针对采用变频交流供电、电网结构复杂的大型飞机的供电参数测试系统采集速率高、测试通道多及存储数据量大等特点,提出了一种测试数据存储与回放方法;该方法基于系统时间实现采集数据的分段化保存,并增加了针对采集板卡的存储方式,存储方式可视具体要求和实际硬件条件灵活选择;采用存储与回放并行处理的方法用以实时回放,同时优化了数据索引流程,通道数据查找快速准确、波形缩放可调;通用性的软硬件平台设计使得该方法具有广泛的适用性;实验结果表明,该方法数据存储稳定、逻辑层次清晰、文件分类简便且回放准确迅速。Aiming at using variable frequency AC power supply and having complex power grid structure of large aircraft power supply parameters test system, which is with high sampling rate, large number of test channels, Large amount of data and so on, the article proposes a test method of data storage and replay. The method realizes the segmentation of data storage based on the system time and adds to the storage way of the data acquisition boards, storage way is flexible depending on specific requirements and actual conditions. The method can also real--time replay by the parallel processing of storage and replay, data indexing process was optimized at the same time, searching data fast and exactly and waveform data scale is adjustable. This method has widespread applicability due to the generality of software and hard- ware platform design. The experimental results show that the method has stable data storage, clear logical level and data replay is simple, accurate and quick.
