摘 要:股骨骨折多由高能量直接暴力造成,治疗难度相对较大,并发症较多。对于其治疗,生物学固定及微创已成为共识。国内外学者通过对术中辅助复位设备,包括体外无创牵引器、自制牵引复位器、计算机辅助复位系统等进行了大量研究,以期达到治疗微创、降低术中治疗难度及减少并发症的目的。但对于个体化治疗中各种辅助设备的选择尚存争议。本文主要对各种附属闭合复位技术的适应证、术中骨折复位特点及优缺点等方面作一综述,并对未来微创治疗的设备研究提出一些新的设想。As femoral fractures are always caused by high-energetic and direct violence, their treatment is relatively difficult, always followed by plenty of complications. A consensus has been reached that biological fixation and minimal invasion are essential. Domestic and foreign scholars have made numerous studies on in- traoperatively auxiliary reduction devices (including extracorporeal noninvasive tractor, traction device, com- puter-aided self-reset system) in order to achieve minimally invasive treatment and reduce the operative difficulty and post-operational complications. However, it is controversial which devise should be put into use in an indi- vidualized treatment. This review summarizes the indications, advantages and disadvantages of various auxiliary devises, and characterizes all kinds of intraoperativere reduction. Finally, the authors put forward some new ideas for future research on devices for minimally invasive reduction.
