结合雌激素软膏在66例绝经后妇女阴道镜检查中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨结合雌激素软膏在绝经后妇女阴道镜检查中的应用。方法对2014年6月至2015年5月在四川省妇幼保健院需行阴道镜检查的绝经后妇女,比较使用结合雌激素软膏前后患者主观疼痛感觉、是否为充分暴露阴道镜检查、鳞柱交界可见性及转化区类型。结果用药后患者疼痛评分较用药前显著下降(P<0.05),阴道镜检查充分性、鳞柱交界可见性以及转化区类型的降级都有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论阴道镜检查前阴道局部应用结合雌激素软膏可以缓解疼痛,提高患者检查依从性,同时极大改善图像质量,提高阴道镜检查的可信度。Objective To discuss the application of conjugated estrogens cream in the postmenopausal women before colposcopy. Methods A total of 66 postmenopausal women who received colposcopy in Maternal and Child Care Service Hospital of Sichuan from June 2014 to May 2015 were compared in subjective pain feel,whether adequate exposure during the colposcopy, visibility of squamous columnar junction （SCJ） and downgrading in the type of transformation zone（TZ） before and after using conjugated estrogens cream. Results The pain score was reduced significantly after pharmacy （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, adequate exposure, visibility of SCJ and downgrading the type of TZ were improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Conjuncted estrogens cream applied locally before eolposcopy can relieve pain,improve treatment compliance,picture quality and raise reliability of eolposcopy.
