直面实践的管理研究与德鲁克之路

摘　　要：通过对中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)发展3个阶段和研究社群问题的讨论,进一步解读了"直面实践"的内涵并提出了3条标准。研究结论表明,不论是马斯洛主张的"问题中心"的研究还是以德鲁克为代表的管理研究道路都是直面实践的典范;实践既是管理的工具价值与本体价值之间的联系点,也是本土管理研究走向国际化的桥梁。研究结论有助于揭示德鲁克之路的实践性和可行性。By discussing the three developing phases of IACMR and the problem of academic com- munities, this article unscrambles the meaning of facing the practice farther and advances 3 criteria. According to these criteria, the research finds that the Question-centered research insisted by Maslow as well as Drucker＇s way for management research are typical patterns of ＂Face the practice＂ and that the practice can not only link up management instrumental value and noumenal value but also be the bridge for the internationalization of indigenous management research. The conclusion lends itself to showing the practicability and feasibility of Drucker＇s way.
