开放式鼓室成形术应用钛人工听骨近期及远期的听力疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨开放式鼓室成形术应用钛人工听骨的近期及远期听力疗效。方法:回顾性分析84例开放式鼓室成形术Ⅰ期钛人工听骨植入听力重建患者的术前及术后近期(6个月)、远期(24个月)听力变化情况。结果:84例开放式鼓室成形术患者术后平均听力提高,术前平均语频气导听阈/气骨导差平均值与术后近期/远期平均值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),术后近期与远期听力结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:开放式鼓室成形术应用钛人工听骨有较好的听力疗效,且远期听力疗效稳定。Objective：To analyze recent and long-term hearing outcomes of the patients with chronic otitis media after open tympanoplasty using titanium ossicular prosthesis.Method：Retrospectively analyzed total 84 cases after open tympanoplaty with titanium ossicular prosthesis.The hearing outcomes before and after surgery（6months and 24months）were compared.Result：The hearing levels in the cases were improved to different degrees after surgery.Significant differences were showed compared the average pure tone threshold/air bone gap before surgery with the average recent/long-term outcomes after surgery（P〈0.01）,and no significant difference could be found compared the recent and long-term outcomes after surgery.Conclusion：Hearing level could be improved in the patients after open tympanoplasty using titianium ossicular prosthesis,and the long-term outcome could be steady.
