摘　　要：在交通影响评价和项目后评价理论基础上,完善建设项目交通影响后评价定义,同时运用项目后评价的层次分析法和灰色模糊综合评价法建立建设项目交通影响后评价模型,并以乌鲁木齐已投入使用的时代广场项目为例,进行交通影响后评价。评价结果为"中等",表明交通影响评价时段及交通量增长率等主要指标的交通影响评价的预测结果与时代广场项目实际运行情况基本相符,验证所提评价指标和评价方法的有效性。Based on traffic impact assessment and project post evaluation theory,this paper proposes the definition of traffic impact post evaluation（TIPE）for the construction projects.The evaluation model of TIPE for construction project is constructed using analytic hierarchy process（AHP）and grey-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of project post evaluation.Then,the Times Square project in Urumqi is taken as an example,and the result：＂medium＂shows that the traffic impact evaluation main indexes such as traffic impact evaluation period and traffic growth rate are basically consistent with the actual operation performance of the project,and the effectiveness of the evaluation index and the method are verified.
