摘 要:目的采用Meta分析法综合定量评价中国人群VA与贫血的相关性。方法检索收集国内外发表的有关贫血与VA水平的文献,应用Stata12.0软件进行分析,Q检验和I^2检验反应异质性大小,敏感性分析和亚组分析探讨异质性来源,采用Begg秩相关和Egger线性回归法识别发表偏倚。结果对11篇研究文献进行综合分析,累计病例3983例,对照13980例,VA水平合并标准化均数差和95%可信区间(-1.64,-2.25^-1.03),贫血组VA水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=5.28,P=0.000)。结论贫血组VA水平低于对照组,说明贫血与VA水平有关。Objective To quantify the correlation between vitamin A (VA) and anemia in Chinese population. Methods Chinese and English literatures on VA levels and anemia were searched and collected. Stata12.0 was used for data analysis. Cochrane' s Q and 12 statistics were used to evaluate the heterogeneity among studies. Subgroup analysis and sensitivity analysis were used to explore the heterogeneity sources. Publication bias was calculated by funnel plot, Begg rank correlation test and Egger linear regression test. Results A total of 3983 cases and 13980 controls were enrolled from 11 literatures in this study. The combined VA level of standardization mean difference and 95% confidence intervals SMD (95%CI) were -1.64, -2.25, -1.03. Discrepancy exists between anemia group and control group at the level of serum VA (Z=5.28, P=0.000). Conclusion Our finding suggests that the VA level is correlated with the occurrence of anemia, and the average VA level of anemia group is lower than that of the control group.
