青年精索静脉曲张程度与精液质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨青年精索静脉曲张程度与精液质量之间的相关性。方法回顾性分析来我院就诊的未婚青年精索静脉曲张患者共109例,通过精索静脉查体及彩色多普勒超声检查进行程度分级并分组,比较各组间精液量、精子浓度、精子存活率(%)、(A+B)级精子(%)等主要指标。结果各组间精液量均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。0级、1级和2级曲张病人的精子浓度、精子活率及(A+B)级精子(%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但均高于3级曲张病人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2级及以下精索静脉曲张对青年精液质量影响较小,如为改善精液质量而手术,应避免手术指征扩大。Objective To study the relationship between the degree of varicocele and semen quality in young patients. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the semen parameters of 109 young patients with varicocele. The patients were grouped according to varicocele degree which determined by physical examination and colour doppler ultrasound, and semen volume, sperm concentration, sperm vitality and A＋B grade sperm ratio were compared within groups.Results There was no statistic difference of semen volume in groups（P〉0.05）. The sperm concentration, sperm vitality and A＋B grade sperm ratio were comparable among grade 0,grade 1 and grade 2 adolescent patients（P〉0.05） , which were higher than that of grade 3 adolescent patients（P〈0.05） .Conclusion Grade 0-2 varicocele has less influence on semen parameters of young patients. Strict consideration of varicocelectomy in these patients is recommended.
