摘  要:治疗性多肽药物广泛应用于医药行业,但是其易降解及低透膜的特性降低了它的疗效,限制了它的应用范围,而药物长效化策略可以弥补这一缺点。本文主要比较了目前尚处于发展阶段的多种多肽药物递送策略的优缺点,并集中讨论了纳米技术递送多肽药物的最新研究进展,为新型多肽药物研发提供参考。Therapeutic peptides have been widely used in pharmaceutical industry. The efficacy of peptides in clinic is limited by their susceptibility to enzymatic degradation and low membrane permeability. A variety of long-acting strategies could enable to overcome the aforementioned shortcomings of therapeutic peptides. In this review, we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of current peptide delivery methods, focusing on the recent progress of the application of nanotechnology in peptide drug delivery, which is of reference value for the development of novel peptide drugs.
