摘 要:采用田间试验,探讨9个彩色小麦品种在晋中冬麦区晚播的籽粒产量及品质性状,以期筛选适合晋中地区的高产优质品种。结果表明,山农129的籽粒产量最高,9个彩色小麦品种中仅有部分品质性状优于山农129。整体来看,晋中冬麦区晚播种植的9个彩色品种中,晋麦67号、乌麦201W22均为高蛋白(≥14.00%)高筋(≥32.00%)的中产(3 600~5 300 kg/hm2)品种;晋麦13号、乌麦203W2和黑小麦031244均为高等蛋白中筋(30.00%~32.00%)品种,但前二者中产,后者低产(〈2 100 kg/hm2);乌麦202W22、乌麦204W17和农大3753为中等蛋白(13.40%~14.00%)低湿面筋的低产品种;低等蛋白(≤13.05%)低湿面筋(≤30.00%)的中产品种只有晋麦84号;而当地品种山农129则为中等蛋白低湿面筋的高产(〉6 600 kg/hm2)品种。晋麦67号、乌麦201W22、乌麦203W2、晋麦13号可为针对性地提高山西小麦品种的品质性状作出一定贡献,也可相应地改良和优化山西小麦品种籽粒产量及品质性状。The paper Explored grain yield and quality traits of nine colored wheat varieties in Jinzhong area late sowing winter wheat by farmland experiment, to screen for high-yield varieties of Jinzhong region. The results showed that Shannong 129 had the highest grain yield, some quality traits of 9 color wheat varieties were better than that of Shannong 129. As a whole, nine color wheat varieties planted late sowing wheat area in Jinzhong, Jinmai 67, Wumai 201W22 were middle-yield (3 600-5 300 kg/hm2) with higher-protein ( ≥ 14.00% ) and higher-gluten ( ≥ 52.00% ). Jinmai 13, Wumai 203W2 and Heixiaomai 031244 were higher-protein and middle-gluten (30.00%-32.00%), however the two former was middle-yield and the latter was lower-yield ( 〈 2 100 kg/hm2), Wumai 202W22, Wumai 204W17, Nongda 3753 were lower-yield with middle-protein (13.40%-14.00%) and lower-gluten, there was only Jinmai 84 which was middle-yield with lower-protein( ≤13.05% )and lower-gluten( ≤ 30.00% ). Shannong 129 of the local breeds was higher-yield ( 〉 6 600 kg/hm2) with middle-protein and lower-gluten. Jinmai 67, Wumai 201W22, Wumai 203W2, Jinmai 13 may be targeted to improve grain quality traits in Shanxi wheat to make some contribution, but also has a corresponding improvement and optimization of grain yield and quality traits in Shanxi wheat.
