当归四逆汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察当归四逆汤联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组单纯给予玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用当归四逆汤治疗,日1剂,分早晚两次服用,疗程均为4周。比较两组患者临床疗效及关节功能评分改善情况。结果:治疗组与对照组临床愈显率分别为85.0%、60.0%,治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后较对照组膝关节功能评分改善更加明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:当归四逆汤联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Chinese Angelica Frigid Extremities Decoction combined with intra-articu- lar injection of Sodium Hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： Totally 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in this hospital were randomized into control group （40 cases） simply given intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate and treatment group （40 eases） additionally given Chinese Angelica Frigid Extremities Decoction for the treatment, 1 dose every day fro twice use in the morning and evening and 4 weeks as a treatment course for both groups. The clinical effects and improvement of the scores of the joint function in the two groups were compared. Resuhs： The clinical cured and markedly effective rate was 85.0% in treatment group, apparently better than that of 60.0% in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement of the scores of the knee joint function in treatment group was much more obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： Chinese Angelica Frigid Extremities Decoction combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate has significant curative effects on knee osteoanhritis.
