针刺颈项部腧穴治疗痉挛性构音障碍60例

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺颈项部腧穴治疗痉挛性构音障碍的临床疗效。方法:将120例痉挛性构音障碍患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组予神经内科常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加针刺治疗,穴位选用风池、供血、翳明、脑空、廉泉、旁廉泉,除廉泉外,其余均双侧取穴。两组均以10 d为1个疗程,于治疗两个疗程后采用Frenchay构音障碍评价法评定其疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组的Frenchay构音障碍评定级别较对照组明显改善(P<0.05,0.01),治疗组临床痊愈所需时间明显少于对照组,两组间差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺颈项部腧穴能有效改善痉挛性构音障碍,疗效显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of application of aeupuncture on the acttpoints on the neck in the treatment of spasmodic dysarthria. Methods： Totally 120 patients with spasmodic dysarthria were randomized into control group and treatment group, with 60 cases in each group. Control group were given routine drug treatment of neurology while treatment group were add- ed with acupuncture treatment applied on the acupoints of Fengchi, Gongxue, Yiming, Naokong, Lianquan, Panglianquan. Ex- pect Lianquan, the other acupoints selected on both sides of the body. Ten days were a treatment course for both groups. After 2 treatment courses, evaluation method of Frenchay dysarthria was applied to evaluate the efficacy. Results： The evaluation grade of Frenchay dysarthria in treatment group got much more improvement than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05, 0.01 ）. The clinical cure time in treatment group was obviously shorter than that in control group; the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Application of acupuncture on the acupoints on the neck has significant therapeutic effects on spasmodic dysarthria.
