中医凉血解毒法对重度烧伤合并内毒素血症早期器官功能的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:观察中医凉血解毒法对重度烧伤合并内毒素血症早期器官功能的保护作用。方法:选取本院80例重度烧伤合并内毒素血症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组给予常规抗感染、营养支持等治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中医凉血解毒中药治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及对器官的保护作用。结果:治疗组白细胞计数、凝血功能指标及心肝肾功能指标均较治疗前、对照组明显改善(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:中医凉血解毒法对重度烧伤合并内毒素血症患者早期器官功能具有明显保护作用。Objective： To observe the protective functions of TCM blood-cooling and detoxification method for organ functions of patients with severe burn in combination with endotoxemia. Methods ： Eighty patients with severe burn m combination with endo- toxemia were chosen as the research objects, and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine anti-infection and nutrient support treatment, while the ones in the treatment group were added TCM blood-cooling and detoxification based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clini- cal curative effects, and their protective functions for organs of the two groups were compared. ResuLts ： After the treatment, the white blood cell count, blood coagulation function index and heart kidney function index of the treatment group were greatly im- proved than before the treatment and those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, And the differences between them had statistical sig- nificance. Conclusion： TCM blood-cooling and detoxification method has obvious protective functions for organs of patients with severe burn in combination with endotoxemia.
