裸花紫珠胶囊联合依巴斯汀片治疗玫瑰糠疹血热证35例

摘　　要：目的:观察裸花紫珠胶囊联合依巴斯汀片治疗玫瑰糠疹血热证的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将65例玫瑰糠疹血热证患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,给予依巴斯汀片治疗,每次10 mg,日1次。治疗组35例在对照组治疗的基础上给予裸花紫珠胶囊治疗,每次3粒,日3次。观察两组患者治疗第15天、第30天和第45天时的疗效和不良反应,同时观察病程30 d以内和30 d以上患者的疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后第15天,治疗组有效率为42.9%,对照组有效率为46.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后第30天、第45天,治疗组临床症状和体征的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者对于病程30 d以内患者临床有效率差异明显,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01),而对于病程30 d以上者两组治疗有效率差异不明显(P>0.05),无明显不良反应发生。结论:裸花紫珠胶囊联合依巴斯汀片治疗玫瑰糠疹血热证临床疗效显著,安全性高。Objective： To observe the clinical effects and safety of Luohua Zizhu Capsules combined with Ebastine Tablets on pity- riasis rosea of blood-heat pattern. Methods： Totally 65 patients with pityriasis rosea of blood-heat pattern were randomized into control group （30 cases） given Ebastine Tablets （ 10 mg each Lime and once a day） and treatment group （35 cases） added with Luohua Zizhu Capsules for the treatment （3 capsules each time and 3 times a day）. The curative effects and adverse reactions of both group on the 15＇h day, 30th day and 45＇h day of the treatment, and 30 d within the course of treatment and 30 d after the course of treatment were observed. Results： On the 15th day of the treatment, the effective rate was 42.9% in treatment group and 46.7% in control group; the difference had no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. But on the 30th day and 45th day ＇after the treatment, the improvement of the clinical symptoms and signs in treatment group was better than that in control group; the differ- ence had statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Within 30 d of the course of treatment, the difference of the clinical effective rate between two groups was significant： treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈0. 01 ） However, 30 d ＇after the course of treatment, the difference of the clinical effective rate between two groups was not significant （P 〉0.05 ） and there was no obvious adverse reactions （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Luohua Zizhu Capsules combined with Ebastine Tablets has significant therapeutic effects on pityriasis rosea of blood-heat pattern.
