活血止痛胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症半椎板切除减压术后并发症115例

摘　　要：目的:观察活血止痛胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症半椎板切除减压术后并发症的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症半椎板切除减压术后并发症230例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各115例,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用活血止痛胶囊治疗,两组疗程均为7 d,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组临床愈显率分别为86.1%、55.6%,治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:活血止痛胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症半椎板切除减压术后并发症疗效显著。Objective： To observe the elinical curative effect of Capsule for Invigorating Blood Circulation and Stopping Pain on complications of patients after lumbar disc disease half lamina resection decompression. Methods： Two hundred and thirty pa- tients with complications of patients after lumbar disc disease half lamina resection decompression who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research objects, and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, witil 115 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment, while the ones in the treatment group were added Capsule for Invigorating Blood Circulation and Stopping Pain based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups re- garded 7 days as one course, then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results ： The clinically remarka- ble curing effective rate of the treatment group was 86.1%, while that of the control group was 55.6% ; The treatment group was much higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the two groups＇ VAS scores obviously decreased （P 〈 0.05）. And the difference between them had significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Capsule for Invigorating Blood Circulation and Stopping Pain has a remarkable clinical curative effect on complications of patients after lumbar disc disease half lamina re- section decompression.
