三虫汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三虫汤对早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者肾功能和血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选取本院收治的80例早期DN患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组给予前列地尔注射液10μg静脉滴注,日1次,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用三虫汤3 g口服,日2次。两组患者疗程均为8周。比较两组患者肾功能及血清炎性因子水平变化。结果:两组患者治疗后肾功能及血清炎性因子水平较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),同期组间比较治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:前列地尔联合三虫汤对早期DN患者肾功能及血清炎性因子水平有明显改善作用,可有效改善患者预后。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Three Worms Decoction on kidney functions and serum inflammato- ry factors of early-stage diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods ： Eighty patients who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research objects, and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given t0 ug of Alprostadil Injection for intravenous drip,once a day,while the ones in the treatment group were added 3g of Three Worms Decoction based on the treatment of the control group,twice a day. Both groups regarded 8 weeks as one course,then the changes of kidney functions and serum inflammatory factors levels of the two groups were compared. Re- stilts： After the treatment, the kidney functions and serum inflammatory factors levels of the two groups were greatly iinproved （P 〈 0.05 ） ; If compared at the same time, the improved degree of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Alprostadil Injection in combination with Three Worms Decoction has obvious improving function for the kidney functions and serum inflammatory factors levels of pa- tients with early-stage diabetic nephropathy, and can effectively improve the prognosis.
