瑰及乳膏联合水胶体透明减压贴防治压疮临床观察  

Effects of Guiji Cream Combined with Hydrocolloid Transparent Pressure-Reducing Plaster in Preventing and Treating Pressure Sores

摘　　要：目的：观察瑰及乳膏联合水胶体透明减压贴预防及治疗Ⅰ~Ⅱ期压疮的临床疗效。方法：选择2011年4月—2013年8月本院内科住院的80例高危和Ⅰ~Ⅱ期压疮患者作为试验组。2010年6月—2012年11月入院的80例高危和Ⅰ~Ⅱ期压疮患者作为对照组。试验组给予瑰及乳膏外敷联合水胶体透明减压贴治疗创面,对照组给予水胶体透明减压贴治疗创面。结果：试验组预防压疮治疗的患者未发生压疮,治疗Ⅰ期压疮的有效率为94.4%,治疗Ⅱ期压疮的有效率为88.5%。对照组预防压疮治疗的患者发生6例压疮,治疗Ⅰ期压疮的有效率为72.2%,治疗Ⅱ期压疮的有效率为53.8%,两组有效率比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：瑰及乳膏联合水胶体透明减压贴能显著预防压疮的发生,并能促进Ⅰ~Ⅱ期压疮的愈合,效果显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Guiji Cream combined with Hydrocolloid Transparent Pressure - Reducing Plaster in preventing and treating pressure sores in Phase I to Phase Ⅲ. Methods：Totally 80 critical cases with pressure sores in Phase I and Phase Ⅲ hospitalized between April,2011 and Augest,2013 were selected as experimental group,and 80 critical cases with pressure sores in Phase I and Phase Ⅱ hospitalized between June,2010 and November,2012 were selected as control group. Experimental group were given Guiji Cream combined with Hydrocolloid Transparent Pressure-Redueing Plaster while control group were simply applied Hydrocolloid Transparent Pressure-Reducing Plaster to the wound. Resuhs：ln experiment group, there＇s no pressure sores among the cases with preventive treatment;the effective rate was 94.4% in Phase I and 88.5% in Phase Ⅱ In control group, there weer 6 cases with occurrence of pressure sores among the patients with preventive treatment;the effective rate was 72.2% in Phase I and 53.8% in Phase Ⅱ. The difference had statistical significance between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Guiji Cream combined with Hydrocolloid Transparent Pressure-Reducing Plaster can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure sores and promote the healing of the sores in Phase I to PhaseⅡ.
