摘  要:炼油厂催化裂化装置因主风机静叶可调执行机构跑位故障引发装置停产的事故时有发生,而发生概率高的特阀锁位故障则会造成特阀及其控制系统进入危险失效状态,进而对机组运行及生产过程构成严重威胁。包括静叶可调执行机构在内的特阀常规电液控制系统存在堵、卡、漂及智能化程度低是造成机组运行可靠性低以及生产过程安全性不高的原因。基于可靠性设计和故障仿生自愈原理,研制具有自诊断及自愈化为特征的智能化电液控制系统,提出一种基于功能代偿的多靶点电液控制系统故障自愈调控方法,克服了传统电液控制系统严重依赖人工进行故障诊断与修复的缺陷;基于DCS/SIS开发了主风机静叶可调执行机构电液控制故障自愈调控系统。实践证明:具有自愈功能的智能化电液控制系统用于主风机静叶可调执行机构,实现了静叶可调执行机构阀位锁位或跑位故障的自愈调控,主风机运行可靠性得到大幅度提升。The fluid catalytic cracking unit(FCCU)in oil refinery often suffered the production interruption accidents in case of running out of control of static blade adjustable actuator for axial-blower, and the actuator locking problem with the higher probability can cause the state of dangerous failure, which pose a serious threat to the unit operation and production process. The low reliability for running of main blower and poor safety level of production process mainly suffered the special valve and its electro-hydraulic control systems problems such as plugging, floating, jamming and poor intellectualization. Based on the principle of reliability design and fault bionics self-recovery, one smart electro-hydraulic control system which characterized with the functions such as self-diagnosis and self-recovery is developed and a multiple therapy targets fault self-recovery regulation method for electro-hydraulic control system is proposed. The method overcomes the defects of traditional electro-hydraulic control system which heavily depends on artificial fault diagnosis and repairment. Based on DCS/SIS platform, an fault self-recovery regulation system of the electro-hydraulic control system on main blower static blade adjustable actuator is developed and the smart electro-hydraulic control system with fault self-recovery function is applied in the main blower static blade adjustable actuator, and the result shows that the function of fault self-recovery for special valve position locking or running of control comes true and the reliability of axial-blower is dramatically promoted.
