摘　　要：随着我国高档办公楼数量不断增加,大跨度、大空间、高净空对高档办公楼是十分重要的需求。文章以招银大厦工程实例,结合了悬挑结构中劲性钢筋混凝土吊柱的特点,从技术方面设计与优化,施工组织和具体安排等各个环节都加强了控制,避免了施工中可能造成的质量隐患,取得了较好的效果,并真正从功能上实现了办公楼对大跨度、大空间、高净空的需求。With the increasing number of Chinese high-grade office buildings,large span,large space,high headroom are very important demands for high-grade office buildings. The paper takes the mansion of China Merchants Bank as the engineering case to strengthen control from the aspect of technology design and optimization,organization and arrangement of construction to various linkages according to the characteristics of stiff reinforced concrete davit in cantilever structure so as to prevent the hidden defects of quality,which has made good effect. What is more,the requirements of large span,large space and high headroom of office building are actually realized.
