摘 要:空间区位这一要素对高铁站周边地区开发建设有着重要的影响,以京广高铁沿线34座设站城市的35座高铁车站为例,通过引入和构建距离指数这一概念,探究高铁车站到城市中心的相对距离对高铁车站周边地区开发的影响规律。研究表明:京广高铁沿线位于较低距离指数区间的车站数量最多且平均开发建设规模最大,开发动力较强,高铁站点的选址在此距离指数区间内最有利于其周边地区的开发建设。距离指数过低或过高均不利于站点周边地区的开发建设。The spatial location of high-speed rail( HSR) station has an important influence on the development and construction of the surrounding areas,taking the 35 stations along Beijing-Guangzhou HSR as samples,by introducing and building the concept of distance index,explore how the relative distance from the HSR station to the city center affecting the development of surrounding areas. The study reveals that the number of stations along Beijing-Guangzhou HSR which located in the lower interval distance index is the biggest,the scale of development and construction also is the biggest and with a strong development momentum,the station location in the distance index range most conducive to the development and construction of its surrounding areas. Distance index too low or too high is bad for the development and construction of the station surrounding areas.
