基于色度学Lab值分析“脾色环唇”脾虚证患者唇周颜色

摘　　要：目的:分析"脾色环唇"脾虚证患者唇周Lab值,为王自立教授基于"脾色环唇"辨治脾虚证提供色度学依据。方法:采用数码相机对300例"脾色环唇"脾虚证患者及300例健康人群面部进行拍照,对所得图像通过"Adobe Photoshop CS"软件读取右上左下唇周及颧部的Lab值,并对Lab各值进行一般描述性分析。结果:脾色环唇脾虚证患者唇周b-a值为正数,说明表示黄色的b值大于a值,则唇周颜色以黄色为主;脾色环唇脾虚证患者颧部b-a值为负数,说明表示黄色的b值小于表示红色的a值,则颧部颜色以红色为主;健康人群唇周及颧部b-a值均为负数,说明表示黄色的b值小于表示红色的a值,则唇周及颧部颜色均以红色为主,体现了亚洲人健康肤色红黄隐隐的特点;经t检验,脾色环唇脾虚证患者及健康人群唇周Lab值及b-a的差值比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明与健康人群比较,脾色环唇脾虚证患者唇周颜色以黄色为主,而颧部颜色与健康人群基本一致,以红色为主(P>0.05)。结论:1)"脾色环唇"脾虚证患者唇周颜色以黄色为主;2)色度学面部色诊分析方法可为基于"脾色环唇"辨治脾虚证提供依据。Objective：To provide the reference of colorimetry for professor Wang Zili treating spleen deficiency based on ＂spleen color around the lip＂ by analyzing perioral Lab value of the patients with spleen deficiency pattern who presented ＂spleen color around the lip＂.Methods：All 300 patients with spleen deficiency pattern who presented ＂spleen color around the lip＂ and 300 healthy people were photographed by digital camera,Lab values of right upper lip,left lower lip and partes zygomatica were obtained by reading the pictures with ＂Adobe Photoshop CS＂ software,and different Lab values were performed descriptive analysis generally.Results：Perioral b-a value of the patients with spleen deficiency pattern who presented ＂spleen color around the lip＂ was positive number,which demonstrated that yellow b value was above than a value,perioral color was yellow mainly;partes zygomatica b-a value of the patients with spleen deficiency pattern who presented ＂spleen color around the lip＂ was negative number,which indicated that yellow b value was less than a value,and the color of partes zygomatica was red mainly;perioral and partes zygomatica b-a values of healthy people were negative numbers,which showed that yellow b value was less than red a value,and the colors around the lip and partes zygomatica were red mainly,it showed the features of Asian normal complexion reddish yellow;by t test,the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of D-values and perioral Lab values of the patients with spleen deficiency pattern and healthy people（P〈0.05）,it explained that perioral colors of the patients were yellow mainly compared with healthy people,while the colors of partes zygomatica were identical with healthy people,red mainly（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Perioral color of the patients with spleen deficiency pattern who showed ＂spleen color around the lip＂ is yellow mainly;facial color analysis of colorimetry could provide the reference for syndrome differentiation and treatment of sple
