基于真实世界临床研究在综合医院推广中医适宜技术的组织管理效应

摘　　要：目的:观察真实世界临床研究中医适宜技术在综合医院推广应用的组织和管理方法效应。方法:对推广科室医护人员进行系统中医适宜技术培训,考核合格后进入临床推广应用,并设置对照科室。每3个月对推广科室及对照科室医护人员和接受中医适宜技术治疗的患者进行问卷调查,调查他们对中医适宜技术的认识和接受程度。结果:推广科室接受中医适宜技术治疗的总门诊量,住院患者人数,医护人员对中医适宜技术的认识及接受程度、接受中医适宜技术治疗患者的认知及接受程度和患者满意度,推广科室医护人员满意度均优于对照科室。结论:真实世界临床研究在综合医院推广中医适宜技术中在组织和管理方法中发挥了导向效应。Objective：To observe the organization and management effects of promoting TCM appropriate technology in general hospital based on real world research.Methods：The training of TCM appropriate technology were performed in the promotion departments,the technology was promoted and applied in clinic after the medical staffs passed the exam,and the control department was established,the medical staffs and the patients who accepted the treatment of TCM appropriate technology in the promotion department and the control department were investigated by questionnaires each three months,to survey their understanding and acceptance level to TCM appropriate technology.Results：The promotion department was superior to the control department in total outpatient volume of accepting TCM appropriate technology,the number of the inpatients,the medical staffs＇ understanding and the acceptance level to TCM appropriate technology,the patients＇ understanding and the acceptance level to TCM appropriate technology,the patients＇ satisfactory degree and the medical staffs＇ satisfactory degree.Conclusion：Real world research is playing a guiding role in the organization and management methods of promoting TCM appropriate technology in general hospital.
