伦理型教练对运动员体育道德行为的影响:一个有调节的中介模型

摘　　要：探讨了伦理型教练对运动员体育道德行为的影响,以及感恩和运动动机在二者关系中的有调节的中介作用。运用《伦理型领导量表》、《多维体育道德取向量表》、《运动领域感恩问卷》和《运动动机量表》对578名大学生运动员进行了调查。结果表明:伦理型教练、运动员感恩、运动员体育道德行为和运动动机之间存在显著正相关;感恩在伦理型教练与运动员体育道德之间起部分中介作用;运动动机能够调节运动员感恩与体育道德行为间的关系。因此,感恩和运动动机在伦理型教练与运动员体育道德行为之间起有调节的中介作用。This study explored the effects of ethical coaching on athletes＇sportsmanship,and the moderated mediating effects of gratitude and sport motivation.578 college athletes were investigated with ethical leadership scale,multidimensional sportsmanship orientation scale,sport-domain gratitude questionnaire and sport motivation scale.The results indicated that ethical coaching,athletes＇sportsmanship,gratitude and sport motivation were positive correlations.The relationship of ethical coaching and athletes＇sportsmanship was mediated by gratitude.The mediating effect of gratitude was moderated by sport motivation.The moderated mediation model was confirmed.
