摘 要:以甘农3号紫花苜蓿为材料,在氮磷钾肥供应充足的基础上,采用盆栽试验,研究硒钴元素对紫花苜蓿根系生长的影响。结果表明:与对照CK相比,硒钴肥配施对紫花苜蓿地下生物量、主根长、根表面积、根平均直径、根体积、根系分叉数、根系交叉数均有促进作用,最大值分别为2.6158g/pot、25.33cm、137.68cm^2、1.16mm、2.05cm^3、4154、800,且随硒钴施用量增大,地下生物量及各根系形态指标呈先升高后降低趋势。其中,主根长、根表面积和根平均直径均以S3C3处理为最优,S3C2处理其次,二者间无显著差异(P>0.05);地下生物量、根体积、分叉数和交叉数以S3C2处理为最优,S3C3处理其次,二者间除分叉数外无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上,S3C2处理为试验最佳施肥量,即硒肥为3.0mg/pot(0.488kg/hm^2),钴肥为8.0mg/pot(1.300kg/hm^2)。The effect of selenium and cobalt on root growth of alfalfa(Medicago sativa cv.Gannong No.3)was studied with pot experiment on the basis of adequate supply of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.The result indicated that combined application of selenium and cobalt fertilizers increased the underground biomass,main root length,root surface area,root average diameter,root volume,root bifurcation and cross number com-pared with the control.And with the increase of the application amount,the index involving the underground biomass and root morphology showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing,and the maximum values were 2.6158g/pot,25.33 cm,137.68cm2,1.16 mm,2.05cm3,4154 and 800respectively.Among them,the main root length,root surface area,root average diameter in S3C3 was the best,which was followed by S3C2,but there was no significant difference(P〉0.05).As for underground biomass,root volume,root bifurcation and cross number,S3C2 was the best,which was followed by S3C3,but there was no significant difference except root bifurcation number(P〉0.05).In conclusion,S3C2 treatment was the best treatment for selenium and cobalt application(Se 0.488kg/ha and Co 1.300kg/ha).
