苁蓉健肾丸配合阿仑磷酸钠治疗肾阳虚型老年性骨质疏松症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察苁蓉健肾丸配合阿仑磷酸钠治疗肾阳虚型老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将68例肾阳虚型老年性骨质疏松症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各34例。对照组给予阿仑磷酸钠等常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予苁蓉健肾丸治疗,2组均以2个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察2组治疗效果及治疗前后骨密度及骨代谢生化指标变化情况,统计2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组股骨颈和腰椎骨密度及血钙、BGP和BALP水平均显著升高(P均<0.05),而血磷、尿钙/肌酐及TRAP水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组各指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论苁蓉健肾丸联合阿仑磷酸钠治疗肾阳虚型老年性骨质疏松症能够有效提高骨密度,改善骨代谢生化指标,疗效确切且安全。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Congrong Jianshen pill combined with alendronate sodi- um on senile osteoporosis of Kidney Yang deficiency type. Methods 68 cases of patients with senile osteoporosis of Kidney Yang deficiency type were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was given normal western medicine such as alendronate sodium, the observation group was given Congrong Jianshen pill on the basis of treatment in control group. Both groups were treated for two treatment courses（2 months as one course）. The treatment effect and the changes of bone density and biochemical indexes of bone metabolism before and after treatment were observed. The occurrence of side effect was recorded. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group after treatment （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The levels of bone density of femoral neck and lumbar spine, se- rum Ca, bone gla protein（BGP） and bone alkaline phosphatase（BALP） after treatment were significantly higher while the lev- els of serum P, urinary calcium/ereatinine and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase（TRAP） were lower than that before treat- ment in both groups （ P 〈 0.05）, and the improvements of these indexes in observation group were better than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. No severe side effect was found in both groups during treatment. Conclusion Congrong Jianshen pill com- bined with alendronate sodium could effectively increase bone density, improve biochemical indexes of bone metabolism and had good and safe curative effect on senile osteoporosis of Kidney Yang deficiency type.
