不确定性条件下影响居民消费的行为经济学探讨——以长株潭城市群消费为例

摘　　要：通过分析长株潭城市群两型消费现状及特点,结合不确定性因素加剧的多方表现,进而用损失规避原理、行为生命周期理论以及心理账户理论分别分析其对居民消费的作用机制。在此基础上,提出完善社会保障体系、改善居民收入多元化机制、大力发展个人消费信贷等对策建议。By analyzing the two types of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration consumption status and characteristics, combining with the uncertainty factors of performance, then the loss aversion principle, behavior life cycle theory and mental account theory, the paper respectively analyzes the mechanism of residents＂ consumption. On this basis, it proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on perfecting the social security system, improving the residents＂ income diversification mechanism and developing the personal consumption credit, etc.
